Reflective distance to the virtual world:
- a representation of our actions which is outside ourselves
- creates (critical) visibility
- communicative acts (i.e. a comment) has two social functions (content and presence)
Interaction in reality vs. virtuality:
- primarily involved primarily reflective
- dialogical point of departure at a higher reflective level (e.g. title reflection)
- reflective distance => a request for relating to and reflecting on communicative actions at a functional meta-level (i.e. indicating the functions of comments)
