As an undergraduate at Iowa State University, I plan to absorb as much knowledge as possible and apply it to the field of
meteorology. Classwork will not be the only source of this knowledge; being involved with our student chapter of AMS,
networking with people in the field, and working at internships will build this as well. I believe that doing all of this
will help me make the most of my college experience.
From a grade standpoint, my goal is to graduate with a cumulative GPA above 3.50, with a meteorology GPA of 3.80. I know that
as long as I stay focused and work to my full potential, this is a reachable goal.
