I'm 24 and recently married to my wife and best friend, Cydney. We've got two dogs, Oscar and Tilly, and a cat named Calamity. We live in an apartment in west Ames. When away from work, I enjoy pushing weights around in the gym, and coming home and relaxing with the lady and pets. I also enjoy attending ISU football games and enjoy watching/playing most sports.

I've got two semesters left to go before wrapping up an M.S in Meteorology. This has really been an enjoyable and rewarding experience for me. I've learned an immense amount of valueable material, both in and out of the classroom, and met a lot of nice people. During the day you'll find me in 3203 Agron chuggin away at something.

One of my favorite parts of Meteorology is using all the cool, new technology (the dorky part). I find it very facinating when I'm successfully able to put the new technologies into use. I am especially interested in high-resolution computer models (WRF, RUC, Fluent), information display software (Bufkit, IDV, & GR), and storm chasing related technologies.
